What is an Urban Design Framework?

Urban Design Frameworks (UDF) are strategic planning tools that set out a design vision for high profile locations, demonstrating the desired future urban form and articulating clear principles and objectives that inform future decision-making for development and investment. They shape open space, buildings, roads and landscape to create great places for people and life.

What or where is the Narre Warren Village?

Narre Warren Village is the neighbourhood shopping strip along Webb Street adjacent the Narre Warren Train Station.  It includes all the community facilities, shops and offices, roads and carparks, open space and landscape, and a portion of land immediately south of the train station.

These include changes to the planning scheme as well as capital works and improvements.
