Each survey has a prize of a $100 Westfield voucher. You will be entered into the draw of each survey completed. The more surveys you complete, the greater your chances.

The City of Casey is committed to the protection of your privacy. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2014 and only used for the purpose of reviewing the Customer Service Commitments and to inform service planning.

What are the competition Terms and Conditions?

The competition terms and conditions are: 

  • This competition is open to City of Casey customers (excluding Council staff and Councillors).

  • There are four $100 Westfield gift vouchers to win over the course of the consultation period.

  • There is one gift card allocated to each survey.

  • Surveys will be open until 5pm Monday 22 May 2017. Survey entries received after this date and time will not be included in the competition draw.

  • The Westfield vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • To be eligible to win, entrants must complete a survey and provide a full name and requested contact details at the end of the survey.

  • You will not receive an entry to the competition by completing the Quick Poll, only the surveys.

  • Winners will be chosen at random for each of the surveys and notified by phone/email by 5.00pm Friday 26 May 2017.
