I second what Coight has commented. Friends will travel from City of Casey to Collingwood to visit as it is so much cleaner and the lovely market. There would be benefit to having a bike/walking path whihc marrys with the creek and in turn could increase physical activity in the area. The creation of a kitchen/community garden that could be tended by community volunteers would have multi benefits. The produce could be utilised /sold in the cafe to return the revenue to the farm. The part rooms need a big clean up.

I love going to Myuna Farm - it is great for our kids to see the animals up close and to experience what life may be like if you lived on a farm. The Collingwood Children's Farm (http://www.farm.org.au/) does a very good job of recreating the farm experience - Myuna Fam could take a leaf out of their book with the introduction of a proper famers market and decent car parkign facilities
