Maternal & Child Health Service Community Feedback

Consultation has concluded

The City of Casey is a vibrant, thriving community with a rapidly growing population.

To support children and families in our community, the City of Casey delivers a range of services and supports. The Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Service is a cornerstone in our services to families.

The Victorian Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Service is jointly funded by the Victorian State Government and Local Government. The universal MCH Service is available for individual consultations for all families with children from birth to six years. The Service delivers first time parents groups, other parenting groups and breastfeeding support. The Enhanced MCH Service provides supports for children and families who are experiencing additional challenges.

We are committed to ensuring that the MCH Service is relevant and useful to families. To do this, we asked parents who have used the service about what has worked and what we can improve. The responses will assist us in learning and future planning. Feedback from the survey will be used to shape service delivery throughout 2019 and beyond.

We will report back on our findings at the end of this consultation.
