Do our Service Commitments meet your expectations?

Thank you to everyone that provided feedback for the Service Commitments and Customer Service Charter. Between April and May 2016, the City of Casey asked the community for feedback on the Customer Service Charter and Service Commitments. In total, 375 surveys were completed by customers providing valuable information on their service expectations.

Feedback from the surveys was used to inform changes and improvements to the Commitments to better reflect expectations for the customers and their overall satisfaction with the service. The feedback from these surveys will also inform continuous improvement for each service.  

Improvements have been made to the Customer Service Charter including:

• Incorporating all contact channels available for customers to contact the City of Casey. Prior to the review this only covered written enquiries and telephone messages.

• Reducing response times to provide a better customer experience. For example, email response times have reduced from 10 days to 5 days.

• A commitment that customers will be kept in the loop to inform of the status of their request or enquiry and officers will close the loop when the request or enquiry is complete.

It is planned that further improvements to response times will be made over the next 12 months to further enhance the customer experience.
