Your feedback has been critical to the development of Council’s budget and Council Plan and we would like to thank everyone that took the time to provide their feedback.

The 2015-16 Budget has been developed to meet the Council Plan, Council’s primary vision and strategic planning document. It establishes the direction Council has committed to for its four year term. The Council Plan contains the strategic objectives (key directions), strategies for achieving the strategic objectives and the strategic indicators for monitoring achievement of the objectives.

The Annual Action Plan forms part of Council’s budget and sets out the activities to be implemented during 2015-16. The plan consists of a number of activities aligned to the five strategic objectives (key directions) of the Council Plan 2013-17. Reporting against the Annual Action Plan will be quarterly and will enable increased accountability and transparency to the community.
